Most of the comments are similar with my problem . No information about the order when should arrive or with which delivery company. I've made the order before more than 3 weeks and nothing . Maybe it's a new company on the market and they don't have enough experience ,but definitely this is not the way how the should do the things online . Definitely not recommended . Ivan Ostrev 20.07

Placed an order almost two weeks ago and has only now arrived. No notice nothing. Was about ready to file for a refund. They get two stars for at least packing it really well and ensuring the contents was secure, but their lack of communication in an age of automation and technology is unacceptable! Communication is key. They’d do better if they let their customers know timelines, delays and dispatch!

Never buy again
A very unreliable company that does not take its promises seriously! Don't expect to receive your order on time and don't expect the customer support team to address your queries. The company has zero-self respect and does not care about the customer's needs. Products arrive late and packaging is usually smaller than the product size. Looks like they try to cut edges while doing business and outsource deliveries to low-quality and irresponsible couriers. Their website provides incorrect information about the status of the order and claims that the order has been shipped when the order has not even been processed due to lack of stock. Enough is enough!

I ordered a 10 kilo bag of parrot mix over one week ago and have not received it!! I am livid as this cost me £49.99p I noticed that there is no contact number only email so 2 emails later and still no reply !!! Am so cross with myself for not looking at the reviews first before buying from these scammers ??

I Have used them for a while and have found them ok, if a little slow, but recently the deliveries have been taking ages. My last delivery was hugely delayed and I had no reply to my emails asking where it was. The delivery finally arrived badly damaged and missing half the contents. After emailing them again about this I have still had no response. I won't be using this company again.

I place and paid for some hedgehog food from this company on 5th July 2022. To date I have not recieved any goods from them or any kind of explanation as to why they might be delayed. I have written to them but I get no reply, they do not show any telephone to contact thier customer services, so I am unable to chase this order further. I feel that they have taken my money without any intention to supply the goods. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Poor delivery information
Received nothing from Little Peckers apart from confirmation of my order. Having read the reviews I was very disappointed and decided on day 5 I would cancel my order. However, later that day, before I had managed to do so, the delivery turned up on my doorstep, no notification from delivery company, whoever they were.

Email received confirming my order but then nothing. No reply to my 2 emails & like other customers no answer on the phone either. I have now opened a dispute with PayPal, this is the worst online shop I have ever dealt with & our poor little hedgehogs will go hungry!!

I am waiting for my order to arrive and it too is slow. However there is a phone number if you google Pet spectrum phone number. It is 01707 927827. The phone number gives you options to speak to little peckers. So far, however I have not been able to get them to pick up phone. I got details from my Paypal account.
I'm a long standing client and sticking by this company
I have used Little Peckers a lot over the last few years and always found them to be very good. Not sure what has happened recently as their service has taken a slide as noted in other reviews. However, the missing portion of my order did turn up very quickly after complaining and I will give them another chance - things can go wrong and everyone is quick to criticise and shout 'scam' - we're all human after all. My overall experience is positive. They are competitively priced and items arrive well packaged and undamaged. Thank you, Little Peckers.

Blimey ! I wish I'd read the reviews. I ordered days ago & have sent an email. Literally no response/feedback. This is the WORST online ordering experience that I've EVER had. I still have not had the goods and am starting to wonder if this company is a scam. It speaks volumes when a company does not have a telephone number. It is a shame that I'm forced to give a 1 star rating. It deserves none.
